For Pre-Booking items (unstitched only), please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery. Each designer may have their own delivery schedule, so we recommend confirming timelines with us before placing a pre-booked order.
Please note: Cancellations are not accepted once a pre-booked order has been placed.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If the first delivery attempt fails, we will contact you via your registered phone number or email.
If a second attempt is required, additional charges may apply.
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistical challenges, weather conditions, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will keep you informed of delays and provide the next expected delivery date.
All communications regarding delays will be documented and can be used as proof in case of disputes.
We work only with reputed delivery partners. However, we are not liable for the independent actions of delivery personnel. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the delivery partner.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a unique tracking ID via SMS and/or email.
Tracking updates may be requested via WhatsApp or social media if needed.

We charge a flat INR 150 on all domestic orders.
For international shipments:
A flat fee of INR 1500 applies, regardless of weight.
Duties, customs charges, and import taxes are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid directly by the customer to the courier or local authorities.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
Customers are responsible for compliance with their country’s customs regulations and must provide any required documentation.
Customs delays, fines, or additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Jasmyrra – The Collective will not be liable for delays or costs arising from customs procedures.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with no prior confirmation required.
For higher-value orders, an advance payment will be required. Our support team will assist you with the process.
A “Goods and Services Not Received” case refers to situations where the ordered product does not reach the customer within the expected timeframe, despite confirmed dispatch.
This policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Our deliveries are contactless. Proof of delivery is provided by our courier partner.
A tracking number will be shared as confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Any non-receipt issue must be reported within 7 working days from the expected delivery date.
